Per L. Saxegaard is the founder and executive chairman of the Business for Peace Foundation. Per has been an  investment banker and investor for over 30 years and is founding partner of the Norden Realkapital Group, which operates various advisory and investment service businesses. Per holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Norwegian School of Economics.

Harald Norvik is a former chairman, president, and chief executive of Norwegian oil firm Statoil, a former chairman of telecommunications company Telenor and a director of ConocoPhillips. Between 1979 and 1981 he served as personal secretary to the Prime Minister of Norway, Odvar Nordli, and also as State Secretary in the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy. From 1981 to 1988 he was finance director and a member of the board at Aker. He served as Statoil President and CEO from 1988 to 1999.

Anita Krohn Traaseth (46) is the CEO of Innovation Norway, the Norwegian Government's most important instrument for innovation and development of Norwegian enterprises and industry. Prior she was the first female MD of Hewlett-Packard Norway. She started her career as a trainee at IBM and has held several executive positions in Norway. Krohn Traaseth studied communication and management at BI Norwegian Business School. At Harvard University she completed an executive leadership program and earned certification in strategy and innovation from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Krohn Traaseth has received several awards, including Best Female Leader in the ICT Industry in Norway 2012 and Social Media Personality of the Year in 2013. Anita is also titled as “Top 20 Women in Business in Northern Europe”, “Top 50 Most Inspiring Women in European Tech” in 2015 and 2016 and "On the Radar of Emerging Thinkers globally #Thinkers50" in 2018. She is a mother of three, writer and author of the Norwegian best-selling book "Good Enough For The Bastards" - confessions of a female leader on Courage, Vulnerability and Credibility in 2014. Parts of the book income is donated to the #HearMyVoice initiative founded in 2015 with Plan Norway International to raise the voices of young women in the South.

Bjørn Kj. Haugland is Executive Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer in DNV-GL Group. In his capacity as CSO for DNV-GL group Mr. Haugland oversee DNV-GL’s sustainability performance and drive company-wide sustainability initiatives. Mr. Haugland has extensive experience assisting multinational companies in areas such as sustainability, climate change and corporate responsibility and to ensure ethical and sustainable performance within complex global supply chains. Mr. Haugland is board member in StormGeo, WWF, Forum for Environmental Technology, Germanischer Lloyd SE and in SUSTAINIA. Mr. Haugland started his career in DNV in 1991 and has held various management positions in Norway and abroad. He worked in Korea in the period 1995 to 1997. From 2004 to 2008 he was country chair and responsible for DNV’s operation in Greater China. Mr. Haugland has a M.Sc. in Naval Architecture – Marine Structures and Hydrodynamics – from The Norwegian Institute of Technology in Trondheim and he attended the “Strategic International Leadership” programme at International Institute for Management Development (IMD).

Eivind Kristofer Reiten (born 2 April 1953) is a Norwegian economist, corporate officer and politician for the Centre Party. He was a Minister of Fisheries and Minister of Petroleum and Energy during the 1980s, before entering a career in business. Reiten served as the Director General (CEO) of Norsk Hydro between 2001 and 2009 and currently he serves as chairman of Norske Skog.

Syse is a Senior Researcher at the Peace Research Institute Oslo (PRIO) since 1997. He was Head of Corporate Governance (2005-07) at Norges Bank Investment Management. He is Chief Editor of the Journal of Military Ethics and teaches at, inter alia, the Norwegian Defence University College and Bjørknes College. He has previously been a Fulbright fellow at Boston College, USA (1989-91), a Norwegian Research Council fellow at the University of Oslo (1992-97), a journal editor for the Norwegian political journal Tidens Tegn (1998-2000), member of the secretariat of the Norwegian Government Commission on Human Values (1998-2001), and a post-doc. fellow at the Ethics Program, the University of Oslo (2002-05). He has lectured and published widely on problems within moral philosophy, political philosophy, religion, and the ethics of warfare.

Idar Kreutzer has been CEO of Finance Norway since 2012. From 2000 to 2012 he was the CEO of Storebrand ASA. Kreutzer chairs the Board of Norway Post and the Norwegian Refugee Council. He also chairs the Nomination Committee at Orkla AS, is Deputy Chairman of the Corporate Assembly of Statoil AS and a member of the Corporate Assembly of Norsk Hydro ASA. In January 2013 he was appointed member of the Strategy Council for the Norwegian Government Pension Fund Global. He has been a member of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) and has co-chaired their Vision 2050. He is a member of the Board of the University of Oslo and a member of the Advisory Board of NHH Norwegian School of Economics. Kreutzer holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the NHH Norwegian School of Economics.

As Special Adviser to the UNDP Administrator on the Post-2015 Development Agenda, Olav Kjørven plays a central role in shaping the next global development agenda dedicated to poverty eradication and sustainable development. He previously led UNDP’s substantive contribution to accelerating progress towards the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) as Assistant Secretary-General and Director of the Bureau for Development Policy. Instrumental in brokering the decision to establish globally shared Sustainable Development Goals to replace the MDGs after 2015 and in advancing UNDP’s integrated approach to sustainable development, he oversaw large programmes on climate change, biodiversity, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria, and democratic governance. He played a key role in establishing strong partnerships with private sector and civil society counterparts and spearheaded the most ambitious global consultations in UN history to shape the “World We Want” and the Post-2015 Development Agenda. He also served as State Secretary for International Development with the Government of Norway from 2001 to 2005 and as Director of International Development at ECON – Centre for Economic Analysis from 2000 to 2001. He is on the Board of Directors of EARTH University, Costa Rica.

Tor Jakob Ramsøy is the CEO and founder of Arundo Analytics. Arundo is delivering solutions for assets heavy industries, with focus on the oil & gas industry using big data and machine learning to improve operation. Arundo has offices in Oslo, Houston and Palo Alto. Tor Jakob was a senior partner (Director) in McKinsey & Company’s Business Technology Office (BTO). Tor Jakob was leading McKinsey’s Global Technology sector in Global energy and material, as well as the Leader of McKinsey global service line in Big Data & Advanced Analytics. He was leading McKinsey Norway and the BTO office in Scandinavia. Prior to joining McKinsey & Company, Tor Jakob worked as a partner in Accenture. Tor Jakob received his joint master degree from MIT Sloan School and MIT School of Engineering in Technology Strategy. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Norwegian School of Management (BI).
